Blueberry Lavender Latte

Do you deal with depleted midday energy? Same! This warming, calming, comforting bevvy is a delicious solution.

We all talk, hear, and read about ways to hit the reset button in the morning when we wake up, and again before we call it a day and go to bed at night. But that midday slump is real, and sometimes the toughest to bounce back from. This year I'm working methods for an afternoon reset into the convo, as well.

First up: this comforting and warming midday latte! I love cozying up at my desk with an afternoon latte to soothe my soul, calm and balance my mind from the dizzying day, and naturally boost my energy and uplift my attitude for the remainder of the day. I recently discovered Trader Joe’s Blueberry Lavender Almond Beverage, and I instantly knew the first thing I had in mind for it. By that same afternoon, this recipe idea was born, and I was taking a moment to regroup as I thoroughly enjoyed a Blueberry Lavender Latte at my desk.

Lavender is known for its calming benefits. This latte is so soothing and relaxing. It has just the right balance of natural blueberry and lavender flavor. Honey adds a perfect hint of sweetness, although you can add more if desired, and vanilla brings it all together with an added dose of warmth and depth. Steeped in a cinnamon stick, the perfect bit of spice comes through as you sip, relax, and reset for the remainder of your day.
